Strategic Plan Updates
In the spring of 2019, extensive interviews were conducted with past, current and prospective families. The research findings were distilled into a S.W.O.T. analysis which identified the school’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The projects listed below were prioritized as having the greatest impact on stakeholder satisfaction and the long-term vision of the school.
In a very short period of time, many people generously stepped up to support the strategic plan initiatives with very generous donations of time, talent, treasure (and elbow grease). We are blessed!
Financial contributions may qualify you to take advantage of the Idaho Tax Credit. If talent or expertise is more in your wheelhouse, please click here to fill out our Volunteer Questionnaire. We would love to have you involved any of the below projects.

Scope of Project: This is a multi-phase project providing additional green space, landscaping, fencing, play areas and signage on the Westside of the school.
Project Update: A big shout out to Julia Grant and Emily Skoro who have spent countless hours applying for grants, obtaining bids and organizing volunteers to advance this project. Emily has been working with Planning and Zoning to redesign a more efficient parking lot and to get the necessary permits. On Jan 31st, Julia submitted an application for a $97,000 Neighborhood Investment Program Grant. In late July, we will find out whether we will be awarded full or partial funding. In support of our grant application, the Northend Neighborhood Association committed $2,500 in matching funds for our project. Lowell’s PTO and the Treasure Valley Canopy Network have provided letters of endorsement for our grant. Julia will be meeting with City Park Planners to brainstorm the proposed “Urban Play Area” included in this project. Unbelievable work ladies!!
