Week in Review:
Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
In this second week of Advent, our school was once again full of excitement and activity. Whether it was St. Nicholas Day, school Mass, Buddy Time, or the Candy Cane Crawl, our students were involved in so many engaging and memorable activities inside the classroom and around the campus. Although our students are eagerly awaiting Christmas Break, our teachers have been working hard to keep students actively engaged with a variety of learning activities. It is really fun to walk around the school and visit the different classes. It is easy to see why our students continue to grow and excel because of the collaborative nature of the classes and the willingness of the students and teachers to work together toward a common goal. This is just one of the many things that make our school an amazing school.
As we look to Gaudete Sunday, let us REJOICE in the Lord always; again I say rejoice! Our school has been so blessed by our Heavenly Father and the generosity and hard work of so many people in our community. I want to specifically mention the hard work of Jackie Schubert and her crew of volunteers that made our Candy Cane Crawl this past Friday such a success! Their enthusiasm and sunny (pun intended) disposition made the event so much fun! If you still want to donate to this fundraiser, see the information below.
May God continue to bless you all and may you grow ever closer to His loving heart. Enjoy your weekend and we will see you on Monday morning.
God Bless,
Brian

Wisdom from Our Young Scholars:
- Mr. Olmes asked a student how he did in the Candy Cane Crawl. The student said, “I won!” Mr. Olmes then asked, “How do you know you won?” The student replied, “Nobody lapped me…well, some kids lapped me, but I lapped them first!” How can you argue with that logic!!!
