Week in Review:
Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Happy Christmas Break everyone, we made it! It is such a good feeling to be able to close out this semester on such a positive and high note. There are so many reasons to be grateful and thankful as we move into our Christmas Break. Most of all, I want to take a moment to share my gratitude to God for blessing and protecting our school community this semester. I also want to say THANK YOU to you all for making this school year such a success so far, and I truly appreciate your positivity, love, and constant support. Teamwork DOES make the dream work, and our success this semester is a true testament to that phrase. We all have had to battle through and overcome challenges, and it is important to remember and reflect on the “uniqueness” of 2020. As I reflect on this strange year, I am reminded of the importance of faith, family, and friends. Our faith continually directs our thoughts and prayers towards our Heavenly Father and reminds us to put our trust in him and his divine plan. Our family is our rock and our foundation where we draw strength and support to keep moving forward through the highs and lows of life. Our friends compliment our lives and provide the special love and support that only close friends can. As we close out the year, let us take time to show our love and appreciation to our family and friends by living according to our faith.

Need to Know:
- The 300 x 300 Campaign:
This event has started with a BANG! We have just crossed the $50,000 mark with our current donations! This has been hugely successful so far, but we are still trying to hit our goal of $90,000. This event is so important to the financial stability of St. Mary’s. If you want to read more about the campaign, click HERE. You can also give directly to the school by clicking on the following link: https://www.stmarys-boise.org. Look for the red DONATE button in the center of the page to contribute.
Nice to Know:
- Where is Mr. Olmes’ weekly slideshow???
If you are wanting to see this week’s and the past weekly slideshows, you need to access my Google Classroom page. All of the students in school should have been added and/or invited to my Google Classroom. Once you are in my Classroom, look at my “Stream” and you will see links for each of the weekly slideshows. When you click on them, it will direct you to an album where you can see all of the neat things happening at the school.
