Week in Review:
Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
What a week at St. Mary’s! There were so many fun and engaging things going on in and out of the classroom. Tuesday was definitely a big day for our school as our 4th Grade students went to the famous Wagons Ho! field trip at a local park. It was such a rich experience and had so many hands-on and informative activities. Students were literally talking about it for the rest of the day and night! Also, on Tuesday, we had the privilege of having Fr. John and Fr. Jesus come and bless our new soccer field. After the blessing, Fr. John and Fr. Jesus christened our new field by shooting the first goals. It was so neat to see them so excited and energetic about this new field. On Wednesday, we recognized many students who show excellence in their academic work after our school Mass. Finally, our school closed out the week with a solemn and meaningful Stations of the Cross ceremony led by our 2nd and 7th-grade classes. We are all excited for Holy Week this coming week, commemorating the Easter Triduum, and celebrating the high holy day of Easter Sunday! During this time, we will continue to pray for you all and that you may be pulled close to our Heavenly Father during the pinnacle of our Church’s Liturgical Year.
