Week in Review:
Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
Jesus Christ is Risen, Alleluia, Alleluia!!! As Christians, it is important to remember and celebrate the Pascal Mysteries of Jesus’ passion, death, resurrection, and ascension to Heaven. This central tenant of the Christian faith reminds us that Jesus destroyed death and restored life so that all people are able to live with him in Paradise. In this Easter season, let us all reflect the joy of Easter to all we meet and help create a community and world filled with faith, hope, and love.
Although this past week was a bit short, it was filled with lots of learning and engaging activities. On Tuesday, our 8th-grade class led our school through a moving Living Stations of the Cross and reminded us of Jesus’ great love for us. On Wednesday, our 2nd-grade class led our school Mass and did a wonderful job as greeters and readers. Mr. Peters led our PreK class through a musical and dance class that was so cute, and our 6th-grade class finished their pinatas and were able to break them open in front of our school and have lots of fun doing it. And as always, there was lots and lots of soccer on our new field! It was an incredible week leading up to this Easter season!
