Weekly Newsletter – May 24, 2024
Dear Parents,
Thank you for making this a remarkable and memorable school year. I am very proud to be a Spartan!
You will hear from me and the school periodically during the summer. I promise to only send out things when they are important. I understand that we all receive too many emails during the day.
If ever you need to reference any of the Spartan Spotlights, please know they are also posted on our website.
Helpful hints for the summer – While it is important to take some time, it is also important for students to keep learning during the summer. Below is some advice for all students:
- Math Games – Sent home this week with your students. If you need suggestion please contact the teachers or front office
- Khan Academy – No more than 15-30 minutes per day, week days only, no weekends or family vacations
- Reading – Students should read 30-60 minutes per day, for fun. Please encourage your student to read an actual book. Students get enough screen time as is.
Please remember to have fun, rest, relax and enjoy your time together.
