Thank you for your interest in St. Mary’s School. The school enrollment period is typically March through May for the following year or until enrollment is full. Enrollment during the school year is welcome, space permitting.
Admission to St. Mary’s is typically a three-step process, which includes the following:
Step 1: Inquire and Visit
While visiting is optional, we encourage all prospective families to tour our school. Our Three-Lense-Tour takes about an hour and will introduce you to St. Mary’s from the perspective of students, parents, and teachers. You are also welcome to have your child spend a Shadow Day (when available) at St. Mary’s where they will be paired with a student from their prospective class. Click here to Inquire.
Step 2: Application
To enroll in St. Mary’s, new families need to submit an application by clicking Here.
Step 3: Enrollment
Upon acceptance of your application, you will be contacted by the school and sent an online registration link. There is a $650 non-refundable registration fee per student which secures your child’s place at St. Mary’s. You will also need to submit the following documents:
- Child’s Birth Certificate (copy)
- Child’s Baptismal and First Holy Communion Certificate (copy), if Catholic
- Immunization Record
Waitlist Policy:
Upon acceptance of your application, early registration is the best way to secure your child’s place at St. Mary’s. In the event of a waitlist for the class you are interested in, the following priority is given to applicants:
- First Priority: Siblings of currently enrolled students.
- Second Priority: Parishioners of St. Mary’s Church.
- Third Priority: Members of other Catholic parishes.
- Fourth Priority: All other students.
