Oktoberfest – St. Mary’s Foodbank – Please plan on attending the St. Mary’s Foodbank’s Oktoberfest – Monday, September 23, at 5:00 at Payette Brewing. The St. Mary’s Foodbank serves between 500-600 families in the vicinity who are food insecure. We would love to see you there to share a bratwurst and a pint and raise money for a good cause.
MAP Testing – St. Mary’s is in the process of completing our Fall MAP testing for grades 1st through 8th. All the classes took their first test on Tuesday. The rest of the assessments are scheduled tomorrow through next week. MAP tests are used by the school and teachers to guide instruction for the betterment of the entire class. Individually, we assess how a student is growing in the areas of Math, Language Usage and Reading. Our older grades also take a Science assessment – Quick Article about MAP Testing – If you would like to learn more about the MAP testing , please refer to the Family Toolkit
Thank you to the parents for attending the brainstorming session on Monday, September 9th.
