Dear Parents,
Happy Valentine’s Day and welcome to Lent. It was wonderful to see the church so busy this morning at Mass. You are invited to join us every Wednesday for Mass and/or every morning for Prayer Square.
Re-enrollment is going terrific. Thank you. Please contact the school if you have questions. Given the number of tours we have been giving at the school, we are excited to open enrollment to new families on Thursday.
Important Upcoming events:

Registration and Tuition – Registration is open for existing families as of February 1. Thank you to all the families who shared their thoughts and feedback. We appreciate hearing your ideas. Due to the feedback from the community, the School Board elected to reinstate the sibling discount. For more information, please – click HERE

New Family registration begins February 15th. We have been busy with tours and inquiries. If you know anyone looking for an exceptional Catholic education, please encourage them to visit St. Mary’s.

A very special ‘Thank You’ to the PTO for a fabulous Mardi Gras Gala. It was incredible to see everyone there. The support from our community is overwhelming. While the final numbers are still being tallied, collectively we were very successful in raising funds for St. Mary’s. Thank you to Kristen Colter and Christian Cuevas for chairing the event and to all the volunteers that made the night so special.

It is not too late to purchase a “Teacher Experience” as part of the Gala. Information is coming home with your student(s) or you can inquire at the front office.

Annual Hallissey Invitational will be February 23-25. Game schedules have been posted on the Hallissey Facebook page. Pep Assembly will be Thursday, Feb 22nd

Bishop Kelly – Parent Education – Bishop Kelly is hosting a parent education night, February 20 at 6:30 pm in their cafeteria. Guest speakers include Officer Gomez and Dr. Gudmundsen speaking on Social Media and Teen Mental Health

Spring Conferences – Spring Conferences are scheduled for March 14th. The teachers will contact you if they feel a conference is necessary at this time.

Thank you for the continuous referrals to St. Mary’s. We are pleased to be providing so many tours and answering inquiries. Please encourage interested families to contact the school to schedule a tour and talk to Mrs. Campanella.

Speech Competition – Congratulations to all the students who bravely gave speeches at school. Our finalists will be delivering their remarks on Friday afternoon.

Shrove Tuesday – Thank you to Mrs. Bernal and all the students for their work for Shrove Tuesday. It was wonderful to see another great tradition unique to St. Mary’s School

- Spartan Fund – St. Mary’s is incredibly grateful to all the families who graciously donated to the school scholarship fund over the past few weeks. St. Mary’s uses the dollars donated to the Spartan Fund to aid our students in pursuit of a high quality Catholic education. St. Mary’s Spartan Fund is available year-round for contributions, whether that be lump sum or monthly. Thank you again.
