Dear friends and families of St. Mary’s,
Our strategic plan is getting great traction but we still need your help. There are multiple initiatives within St. Mary’s Strategic Plan where a small contribution of time or talent can make a big impact. If you’re interested in leading–or just helping for a few hours here or there–we need you!
Volunteers are needed to help for everything from gathering and organizing information, helping craft communications, data entry, marketing, social media, researching networking hardware, configuring software tools, project management, painting, landscape, and cold, hard labor is needed!
- Improving Communications (e.g. Community Directory; Drafting/Organizing Various Stakeholder Communications)
- Marketing; Increasing Enrollment (e.g. Social Media Updates; Design Informational Materials/Pamphlets)
- Improving Technology/Usage (e.g. Updating Network Infrastructure/Hardware; Identifying, Developing & Testing New Software Tools; Fully Implementing Existing Tools)
- Capital Improvements to School (e.g. Get Bids for Work; Labor to do Work)
- Fundraising Efforts (e.g. Ball & Auction, Long-Term Sustainability Planning & Donor Engagement)
- Grounds Improvements/ WSG Project (e.g. Landscaping, Sprinklers, Maintenance & Associated Labor)
- Volunteer Management (e.g. Identify & Document Needs; Develop Tools to Communicate Volunteer Opportunities, Manage Volunteers)
